Tenants can choose to get texts from us — repair scheduling, rent reminders, receipts and notices — by checking the box on this form. It is entirely optional: it is not part of the lease, the boxes are never pre-checked, and saying no does not affect renting from us. We'll reach you by phone, email or mail instead.

Booking a showing online

When you book, RSVP, or sign in for a showing at comms.arborcityhomes.com/book, we confirm and remind you by email. The website does not sign you up for texts; to get showing updates by text, text us first at (402) 207-9998.
