Program: Arbor City Homes tenant, applicant, and contractor messaging.

What you'll receive: replies to your questions; rent, payment, and lease notices; maintenance and repair scheduling; showing information for homes you asked about (open-house and appointment invitations, booking confirmations, same-day reminders, and changes or cancellations); and property or emergency notices.

How you opt in (always optional): tenants may choose to receive texts by checking the optional box on our separate Optional Text Message Consent form. It is not part of the lease, the box is never pre-checked, and leaving it unchecked does not affect renting from us. Prospective tenants and contractors opt in by texting us first; we reply only about the topic you contacted us about. If you book or sign in for a showing on our website (comms.arborcityhomes.com/book), we confirm and remind you by email; to get showing updates by text instead, text us at (402) 207-9998.
